stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I have seen a Reservation Reward unauthorized deduction from my account for many years. Always thought is was a service charge from Wells Fargo. Just found out it’s a scam from Reservstion Rewards. I filled a complaint with Better Budness Bureau, Wells Fargo and Reservation Rewards. I better get all my money back or I will not test until I do. ohlepe@***.com

Charged my GRANDMAS card $1300

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I went to pay my grandmas bills for her this month and noticed a charge from Reservation Rewards on her credit card. I did a quick google search on it and realized it definitely was not her that authorized this charge since she cannot even turn on a computer by herself. After calling, they said the only way they could find the account was to give them her full credit card number, I refused and asked if I could give the first and last 4 of the card only to verify, she then told me that she could only see the last four of the card. I asked why she needed the entire card number and she quickly said sorry and continued on with the story. I argued with her for 18 minutes about cancelling the "membership", she finally agreed and only offered to refund 4 months. She then transferred me to someone else, they did not ask any questions and told me they would refund me the full amount of $1380. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.

FRAUD

Unfortunately I do not check my credit card statement as often as I should, because today when I checked I saw that I had a $12 charge from Reservation Rewards, whom I have NEVER purchased anything from. I called my credit card company and the charges go back to JULY! I'm not sure how they received my information, but I cancelled my card and they let me know that I should be getting the money back if they can prove it was a fraud. It Definitely is- I have no automatic payments on my card- at all. I hope anyone out there who reads this goes and checks their credit card statement! And for those of you who were scammed as well, call your credit card company and tell them about it so that lots of people are making complaints. Maybe then they'll get shut down!!!!

Reservation Rewards - total spam

I just found out "Reservation Rewards" have been charging me $12 per months for 21 months (around $430) without my knowledge and without my authorization. They got my billing info from time that I bought couple of movie tickets online. Yes, simple as this. and I've never paid attention to my bills. Now I figured out how much they charged me over years and I was even unemployed for a while. When I emailed them and called them for complain, they are telling me I have entered my email address twice....isn't it funny? I told them....email address is a public information. Anybody can enter it? Did I give you authorization to charge my credit card? did I typed my credit card info to your website? NOOOOOOOOOOOO....I didn't....and for what reason I pay $12 monthly for years and not using any service from your site? they are total spam....They paid four month so far, but they have to pay another 17 months, otherwise, I will sue them.... such a shame really....and nobody is stopping them....they put some legal fine lines in the email that might go to the spam and we usually delete those advertisement emails even before reading them and understanding that somebody in another corner of the world is charging us without us even knowing it.... again...such a shame....

marjan...you're an ***.

marjan M Ahr

again to CaptainObvious....I read some of your comments to other members...you are sick...and you are an angry ***...I didn't even continue reading your ridicules comments here...

Now, I got it when you said "It's funny to me how people seem to think that I have some kind of mental problem"...because others have been identified you as a mental case too...poor boy...

marjan M Ahr

I'm so glad that you are so pissed...lonely pissed little boy!

by the way, I didn't know I have to talk Shakespeare to you...

It took me just one email to get my money back but so many emails with you mental case...

F.Y.I. I didn't read your whole post as it should be ***/mental as your other posts here...I'm just glad that you are so pissed to write me back again...

marjan M Ahr

Mr. CaptainObvious....you need a mental help...seriously...

I bet you don't have a single friend to hang out with that's why you are here to put your nose in every single thread....trying to insult people...poor boy...you are a lonely person on the internet...

As other people told you, you need professional help...go get it...

marjan M Ahr

frankly, I didn't read your whole comments since this conversation is getting boring...I just scanned it!

but wow...I'm not the only one who claims you have a mental problem then!

if other people's complain is bugging you, why you are reading them?

I just got here because I had this issue and I thought it's good to write it down that other people with same situation know about it...

Am I proud of not capturing that transaction on my account for a long time? NO, of course not....in the other hand, I've never ever paid any interests on my credit cards and I always had/have a very well paid job which I'm proud of it and its results of my years of hard work and exceptional education and of course being smart....now, you are going on and on and call me a *** here, while you don't know me at all...so, then I'm going to call you mental....and frankly, the *** is you to spend time here and post comments for people and problems that are not yours...if I post comment here is because it's my own thread!

I didn't post this comment to get any sympathy....and I hope other people with the same situation write their complain here too...and people like you shouldn't discourage them...

so, get along with your life and don't blame others for your misfortunes...that's my two cents for you....

good luck

marjan M Ahr

again...check with your doctor...ASAP...you need professional help badly...poor you :p

and you can't be rich when you spent so much time surfing internet and replying people here...hehehehe

invest your time in more productive way and mind your own business!

Guest

wow....it seems you are so pissed and you have so much anger...It's so funny to read your comments here...please post more angry comments...You are swearing and insulting somebody that you don't know at all...so if you don't work for that *** company, then you are a mental case and you need a professional help....again...it's so funny how angry you are....and you are so pissed at my comment...hehehehe...

P.S. I got all my money that I paid them...all the money....plus...I'm so rich and make very good money...I don't care about $12 per month...I don't need to count every penny in my account like you....I wrote here to aware others...so...you go ahead and keep writing and shouting *** here...but I feel sorry for you...you should check with your doctor...oh...probably, you used to work for Reservation Rewards and they fired you because people like me got their money back...oh...poor boy...sorry for you again!

marjan M Ahr

It looks like "CaptainObvious" is a loser who is working for reservation rewards and pissed at my comment...otherwise there is no sense to write a *** comment here while lots of other people are going through the same problem...

AFTER ALL, AREN'T THEY IN THE BUSINESS OF PROTECTING THEIR CUSTOMERS?

Reservation Rewards...$12 monthly deductions from my atm card....

I just happened to notice a $12 fee on my charge card. I never sign up for these promotions so when I called and they said I did I knew right away something was off. This is a $144 dollars out of my pocket for the last year...I requested to be cancelled immediately and to send me paperwork to get reimubursed. Think of $12 a month x how many people are still unaware of this charge...these equals a very large $ amount going to this company. I find this sneaky and unacceptable. I have thus noticed on the website other complaints and complains which is very indicative that something is very wrong here. I am now awaiting my cancellation email and further paperwork so I can see how they operate and to get reimbursed for a service I didn't know I signed up for let alone used.

Reservation Rewards

I was charged 8 months of Unauthorized Charges. I was able to dispute all charges with my credit card company after contacting Reserve Reward and only being able to be credited for 2 months. Watch out for these charges when purchasing tickets online it may automatically set you up for unauthorized charges like many of us and they may start 2 to 3 months after the original purchase of what you really wanted to purchase from another company. Contact NBC Dateline and Clark Howard.com to help resolve predators like these types of companies from ripping off hard working people. Kevin in Atlanta

Another Reservation Rewards Victim

I just got scammed by Reservation Rewards and I'm mad that this company is getting away with this. I wrote NBC Dateline. If you have been scammed also by this company. Write NBC Dateline with your story. They have a web site. Maybe if enough of us do this, something will happen. They have gotten away with this to long. Mine was through Shutterfly which has an explination of why I'm being charged. Because I clicked on the coupon. Isn't it interesting that they have an automated answer. It's like they know there is a problem. Do ya think they get a cut.

Reservation rewards scammed me $120

Reservation rewards has scammed many people, and they got me to. I used cheaptickets.com to book a room in Las Vegas and thru checkout reservation rewards managed to obtain my account data. For the past 12 months they have been debiting $10 / month. I stopped the account immediately, but the damage has been done. I know I should have followed my account more closely to catch this sooner, but what I lacked in security before I will make up in vigilance to bring these people down. DO NOT USE RESERVATION REWARDS OR CHEAPTICKETS.COM. I have already filed a report with the FTC.

I am currently filing a complaint with the BBB about Webloyalty.com or DBA, Reservation Rewards. I have asked the BBB to insist that they are listed under Reservation Rewards and quit hiding under the name of Webloyalty.com.

I am also trying to recover the money stolen from my credit account. This was done when I made a purchase from Tiger Direct, they have a link to Reservation Rewards.

I also contacted Tiger Direct and asked them to stop dealing with RR. Make sure that you file your complaints to the BBB.

Reservation Rewards shady business

Apparently when i bought a book from Barnes and noble.com i was offered this free $15 coupon on my next purchase if i signed up with them. i didn't give any bank or credit info but i guess you cant buy anything online safely anymore. i don't remember any mention of a monthly fee for these "Rewards" but there it was out of my account this morning $12 so this "Free $15 coupon" is only worth $3. What kind of reward is that? They wouldn't give me a refund either. I've warned a lot of people today about this and will continue to spread the word.

Reservation Rewards - Deceptively charged my credit card!!

I noticed a strange charge on my credit card statement, and after googling "RESERVATION REWARDS 800-732-**** CT" found a whole host of literature on this SCAM. I did not at any point authorize this company to charge my credit card (amount of $12). And for what??? Obviously they are after an easy $12 in perpetuity, hoping that people do not recognize this charge as a SCAM. Since noticing this charge, I have phoned the company to "cancel my subscription" - one that I unknowingly had. Without making this phone call, the company will continue to charge your credit card, so watch out!!! To Reservation Rewards and their representatives - this scheme is despicable and you should be ashamed of yourselves, period. You disgust me.

Loyalty starts with being upfront and blatantly honest with customers. Just another company trying to get rich off of someone else's hardwork.

Very wrong. A signature on paper should be asked of us every year in order for us, the subscriber, to make a cognizant decision on whether to continue with your absolutely waste-of-time service.

dear mary o reilly

if your company was so concerned with it's reputation it would stop scamming people out of 12 dollars a month and start offering some real value for your membership. basically your company is a financial tapeworm, parasitically feeding off of people who order online.

i doubt you are a real person anyway.

Back In 2006 I paid for a movie ticket through movieticket.com, some how they allowed this to happen by asking you to click on your e-mail twice, well I thought I had too in order to get the ticket, very miss leading on the part on movieticket.com and Reservation Rewards. As for reservation Rewards they just started taking out $10 twice a month now, this got me to ask my bank about the charges because the bank uses the same term Reservation Rewards so I thought it was my bank doing this all these years until they started this month taking it out $10 twice this month, You need to know that Reservattion Rewards IS A SCAM and I will do every thing in my power to bring down this company.

Guest

If people would read and pay attention to what they are doing they would notice that in the terms of the acceptance of the cash back award offered they would see they entered in an agreement that if they do not cancel before the 30 day free trial that you agree to be charged for the memebership fee . If they would open their emails from them they wouldn't be to quick to blame the company for their stupidity.

Come on people take responsibilty for your actions. It's not the company's fault if you have spam blockers and such that you don't get their emails and notice that they send out notifcation before your 30 days are just about up. Come one who waits 1 2 or even 3 years before they check their statements or accts before they relize they are being charge.

Good grief do you really need that computer. Hello!!!!!
